Which platforms is the app available on?
The app is available on both iOS and Android. You can download it from the App Store and Google Play Store.
How do I create an account?
Please contact your supervisor for account eligibility criteria. Only those with global admin credentials can create new accounts.
How do I reset my password?
Under profile, at the very bottom of the screen click Change Password.
How do I edit my profile?
Please contact your supervisor to make any edits to your profile content.
What is an incentive?
An Incentive is an hourly rate above and beyond your normal hourly wage. For example, if the Incentive is $20 and your normal hourly rate is $50/hour you would make $70/hour for that shift.
How is the incentive calculated?
The Incentive is calculated using Artificial Intelligence based on several factors such as demand, availability, time of day, etc.
Why does the incentive amount decrease over time?
As you know, Healthcare environments are both demanding and, in many instances, urgent. In order to ensure shifts are being accepted and filled in a timely manner, Gigly provides higher incentives when the shift is initially posted. The closer you get to the shift start time, the lower the incentive.
Can I cancel a shift?
Yes, go to “My Shifts” in the mobile application, then click on the Shift that you would like to cancel, and click the “Cancel Shift” button to confirm.
